Dear Sir/Madam,
The Faculty of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development in cooperation with International MBA Network and many others have announced the organisation of AVA4 Congress held in Debrecen Böszörményi út 138 on 26-27th March, 2009. INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS ON THE ASPECTS AND VISION OF APPLIED ECONOMICS AND INFORMATICS like its predecessor AVA conferences, provide ample time to promote partnerships between research communities and, by providing an international platform for strategic dialogue among stakeholders, strengthen the contribution of research in economics growth, sustainable development, management theories and informatics. The Congress encourages activities in management and rural development, monitors the progress made in the knowledge triangle - research, education and innovation - which are core factors in European efforts to meet the ambitious Lisbon goals.
The Congress is sponsored by a wide range of partners from practice and research. Authors and speakers are invited to submit original papers and posters addressing research on applied economics, commerce and marketing, financial management and accounting, statistics and operation research, applied agricultural economics, human resource management, regional and rural development, information and communication technologies, educational and quality management, tourism management.
In the name of Organizing Committee ask you to participate in the congress and encourage your colleagues to share their views, to exchange ideas, to develop new insights in connection with the subject areas, and to envision completely new kinds of solutions to managerial problems. I also would like to ask you to send the name, address and e-mail address of your colleagues, business partners and friends, who might interested in the participation of the Congress.
Authors and speakers are invited to submit original papers (max. 8 pages), posters, abstracts (max. 1 page) and addressing completed research, research in progress, position papers, case studies and best practices. Each participant may be the principal author of only one paper. Papers and abstracts will be reviewed, abstracts will be published in a hard cover bound book (published by University of Debrecen), and completed papers on CD. The Organizing Committee calls you and your colleagues to fill up the Registration Form at the home page of the congress and to submit your abstract until 8th December 2008, your papers until 13 February 2009. Registration fee is 150 euro/participant. Please, add the banking costs to the registration payment! Travel and accommodation are organised and paid by the participant.
